Bandar Nusaputra Interchange Status

5th June, the road is open!!! ..no...i am kiddin...



this is the good day to celebrate, but only for a day. Soon after, they close the road again until now... Looks like the are repairing the drainage system, grass and the other side of the road.









31 MAY 2010 - as at 4:30PM



As you can see, this is leading to Amanputra, the construction begin in the morning and until 4:30PM, they have completed tar the road. Wonder how the quality, or this is the first layer









This is the border between the cloverleaf interchange and the incompleted road (most left is the famous shortcut road -- you can see the red divider there)

So, you are still not allowed to go thru as the people still doing the job.

Pasar Loken or Lokin

Ipoh

Ever been to Ipoh and the offline version of Ebay/mudah.my or lelong.com ?

Every Sunday starting early in ther mornings until mid-day... usually people come here is looking for antiques, parts...i mean you can never imagine small part that you cant find anywhere , you might have luck to find here, and collectibles.

Price is getting higher for some dealer here, because this Pasar has become tourist attraction.

I havent got chance to compare apple to apple this place to other places in Malaysia, as each place is unique. What I can think of closer concept to this Pasar (malay language for Market) are Petaling Jaya Amcorp Mall, Shah Alam bootsale. And maybe 20% of the dealer selling something you can mostly found in 'uptown' style market in KL.

Interchange Update - New hope?

As on 28th May.. some activity being done by the Taraf Unggul (Nusaputra Mgmt) to close the hole that they dig before (to prevent us from using the main road)

New Nusaputra Phase - Gemilang II

Guys, guess how much?? RM400K++ ..haha... by the way, the pictures I only took from inside. Beside this all new improvement, they also concrete all the fences, back and front. I guess all this improvement done to lure purchaser faster. The price may include with the persuasion of the new elevated highway ( Elite-Selangore Science Park-Bdr Nusaputra) interchange. By the way, no news for this interchange since ages.

Ready with 3phase electrical source. Wonder if the house price is including payment to TNB of RM1800++ for 3phase deposit. Or the owner have to pay.

Each bedroom is install with wiring/pipe ready aircond. Including upstair hall!!! That is why, they need 3phase
