Door handle/knobs


I am not sure about you all, but the default door knobs the developer provided not high quality. 3 of the door knobs already mulfunction. I am not sure this is come under the warranty or not.
My house is nearly at the end, supposed to complete renovation by this month. Being the own ID, with much help from contractors giving idea and everything, looks like it is a pretty good job done.

    X CDC ke? duk kat jalan 4/?, berapa habis buat plaster ceiling satu rumah? saya duk kat 4/2C.

    owh ye ke...lawa gak..rumah langsuir no22 jalan 4/?. ni pun tgh nak plan renovate rumah...tu yang nak tanya tu...agak2 kalau plaster ceiling atas bawah termasuk porch ada dekat 10K ke? ke boleh dapat bawah dari tu...hehe

    rumah langsuir atau fazli, sama row ngan aku gak. dia ke depan sket...nampak yg pagar berlipat tu. kalau plaster atas bawah, kalau just simple boleh dpt Rm7K . tapi kat atas kalau plaster, bila ada bocor atap, takut rosak.. alternative nya, cuba call kontraktor mambang, suruh dia skim siling utk tingkat atas, nampak mcm plaster siling jugak.
